When you register for an event on our site, you have granted us permission to release the information you entered as an Registrant to the Planner in charge of the event you have registered for.

The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include name, address, phone, e-mail address, user IDs and passwords, billing information, transaction, credit card information and contact preferences.

To personalize our web sites, services or communications and improve our products and services, we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, and experiences with our products or services. Data you enter as a registrant of an event will be supplied to the planner in charge of that event.

Data Not Related to Event Registration
WebRegPro will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. WebRegPro will not share your personal information with a business partner or any unrelated third party company unless you give your permission. WebRegPro shares customer information across WebRegPro business entities within the usage limits described above in "How we use it".

WebRegPro contracts with third party service providers and suppliers to provide complete products, services and customer solutions described in "How we use it". These suppliers and service providers are called "logical WebRegPro"; they act on WebRegPro's behalf and are bound to the WebRegPro Privacy Policy contractually through WebRegPro confidentiality and personal data protection agreements.
