or WebRegPro services.
When you register for an event on
our site, you have granted us permission to release the information
you entered as an Registrant to the Planner in charge of the event
you have registered for.
On some WebRegPro web sites, you can order products
or services, make information requests, subscribe to marketing
or support materials, or register yourself or your WebRegPro products.
The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages
may include name, address, phone, e-mail address, user IDs and
passwords, billing information, transaction, credit card information
and contact preferences.
To personalize our web sites, services or communications
and improve our products and services, we may also ask you to provide
us with information regarding your personal or professional interests,
demographics, and experiences with our products or services. Providing
this additional information is optional.
Anonymous (non-personal) data we collect may include
the pages visited on WebRegPro.com, unique URLs visited within
WebRegPro.com, browser type and IP address. Most anonymous data
is collected via cookies or other analysis technologies. WebRegPro.com
web pages use cookies and other technologies for data analysis
and personalization services.
WebRegPro does not knowingly collect information from children
under the age of 13 and WebRegPro products and services do not
target information to children under 13. WebRegPro is committed
to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents
to take an active role in their child's on-line activities and interests.
If you apply for a job at WebRegPro, you provide your
email address, educational and employment background, and job interest
data. You may chose to submit your name when registering or remain
anonymous. WebRegPro will not use personal data submitted as part
of the job application process for any other purpose.
WebRegPro uses your information to help us understand your needs
and interests and provide you with better services. Specifically,
we use your information to help you complete a transaction or order,
to communicate with you, to provide service and support, to update

Data you enter as a registrant of an event will be supplied to the planner in
charge of that event.
WebRegPro will not sell, rent, or lease
your personally identifiable information to others. WebRegPro
will not share your personal information with a business partner
or any unrelated third party company unless you give your permission.
WebRegPro shares customer information across WebRegPro business
entities within the usage limits described above in "How we
use it".
WebRegPro contracts with third party service providers and suppliers
to provide complete products, services and customer solutions described
in "How we use it". These suppliers and service providers are called "logical
WebRegPro"; they act on WebRegPro's behalf and are bound to the
WebRegPro Privacy Policy contractually through WebRegPro confidentiality
and personal data protection agreements. Suppliers and service
providers are required to keep confidential the information received
on behalf of WebRegPro and may not use it for any purpose other
than to carry out the services they are performing for WebRegPro.
These service providers may change or we may contract with additional
service providers in order to provide new services. WebRegPro will
not share personal information with any other third parties without
your permission unless required by law enforcement action or subpoena.
You can subscribe to receive some product- and service-specific
information and WebRegPro-wide marketing communications. WebRegPro-wide
communications may include new product information, special offers
or possibly an invitation to participate in market research. We
give you a choice regarding WebRegPro-wide communications by postal

WebRegPro will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable
information to unrelated third party companies. Some WebRegPro
services are linked with those from other unrelated third party

and ensure the appropriate use of the information, WebRegPro has

name, e-mail and/or address and relevant information about subscriptions
or registrations you may have with WebRegPro. This opt-out will
